Terms and Conditions of TrainZA
1. Introduction Welcome to TrainZA. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TrainZA mobile application (the “App”), which allows sports clubs or brands to publish training schedules, news, and events to members. By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Account Registration 2.1. Anyone can download and sign up for TrainZA. 2.2. To become a member of a sports club or brand within the App, users must accept an invitation from that club or brand. 2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Membership Invitations and Exiting Membership 3.1. After signing up for the App, users may accept invitations from clubs or brands to become members and receive schedules, news, and events. 3.2. Users have the right to exit any membership they have accepted at any time by managing their membership settings within the App. 3.3. Upon exiting a membership, users will no longer receive updates from the club or brand, and their data related to that membership will be removed.
4. Data Usage and Deletion 4.1. TrainZA collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 4.2. Users may delete their accounts and uninstall the App at any time. Upon deletion of an account, all personal data and membership information will be permanently deleted from the App. 4.3. TrainZA is committed to protecting user privacy and will not share user data with third parties without consent.
5. App Usage and Restrictions 5.1. The App is provided free of charge and is intended for personal use by users who wish to stay informed about their clubs’ or brands’ activities. 5.2. Users may not misuse the App, including attempting to access unauthorized data, modify the App’s functionality, or disrupt the service for other users. 5.3. Any misuse may result in the suspension or termination of access to the App.
6. Content Ownership 6.1. Clubs and brands retain ownership of any content (e.g., schedules, news, events) they publish on the App. 6.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit content from the App for commercial purposes without the permission of the relevant club or brand.
7. App Modifications and Termination 7.1. TrainZA reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App, or any portion thereof, at any time without prior notice. 7.2. TrainZA is not liable for any disruption or loss caused by modifications, suspensions, or termination of the App.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties 8.1. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 8.2. TrainZA does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability 9.1. TrainZA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
10. Changes to These Terms TrainZA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
